C house took eight years to design and construct making it one of the largest and conceptually complex houses. the house lies on a site with distant views of the city.
The house is designed with future needs and expansion and versatility in mind. The floor is split into four levels or as the architects call it "plates - entry plaza, office and pool, communal living level with its bedrooms intended for children and the private top floor suite- whilst the roof forms a fifth plate" (Patronage 1999).
The complex plan makes this house a perfect container for the the clients activites now and in the future.
Jim Evans and Phill Green were hired as highly skilled carpenter and joiner. details of various components were prepared in collaboration with Evans and Green. Through out the house Evans and Phill have created layers of fine woodwork adding a rich and extravagant feel making the house a delightful experience.
